Adobe Photoshop Express Now Comes to Windows Phone

Just this month, Adobe Photoshop Express was released to the Windows Store on PC and this time, it's Windows Phone's turn. The app is now qualified as a Universal App so you can install it to a Windows phone, tablet or PC.
